Apartment holiday rentals in Quintana, Ciudad Lineal

A beautiful place to spend a weekend, close to the subway. It takes about 40/50 minutes to get to the city center. We were going to a concert at the Movistar Arena and it took us 20 minutes, so we chose that location. The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom was not perfect, the cistern was broken, the buttons and the drawers of the bathroom cabinet, otherwise everything was perfect. The beautiful terrace that the place had is worth highlighting.

The location is strategic, 4 blocks from the entrance to the subway station, the neighborhood is very quiet, with supermarkets nearby, you sleep very well. The apartment is very cozy and modern, very well ventilated and lit with natural light I think they should leave more supplies for personal hygiene and the washing machine, and a blackout to darken the bedroom for sleeping would be nice. I would stay at this accommodation again

Carlos was nothing but welcoming and helpful the entire time we were there, he even supported us the best he could when we had conflicts with our flights. The place was extremely comfortable and felt homey, would definitely come again

Luis's apartment is very centrally located. In fact Metro 3 entry is just infront of the building and in less than 10 minutes you can reach major attractions like Sol. Bus stand is also hardly 200 meters and Delicias station is just 400 meters. Connectivity from his place is best. There is supermarket across the road in addition to shops which open late night also. His place on ground floor is in a secure building with lot of open area. We really felt at home. Apartment was absolutely neat and clean.

Virginia, a 10-star host. She was super attentive at all times and gave us some tips on places in the area. The accommodation was just like in the pictures, very clean and everything was tidy.

I had an incredible and amazing stay at Maria's! The apartment is just like the photos, and you'll have a local experience! Very charming building, local neighborhood, and perfect apartment! Very clean, organized, clean and clear instructions how to get inside, home decorated that you feel just like home and has a very cute balcony with view to the building's garden! Very peaceful and quiet place to stay! Very well located, near to metro station, walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops.

I was in the apartment during a heat wave in Madrid and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver. The place is comfortable, clean and very well located. In addition, Manuel was very nice, very attentive and kind at all times. The experience was very good, I would definitely repeat. Thank you for everything!

Spacious, clean, independently air-conditioned accommodation in each bedroom and in the living room and very well located for visiting Madrid. Easy communication and well-explained arrival procedure with photos. Located 200 m on foot from a Mercadona. Small downside compared to the size of the beds but it seems that this is a Spanish peculiarity, the queen size beds were rather 140 and 150 cm wide. The kitchen equipment is minimalist (no salt, pepper, oil, 3 coffee pods for 5 people for 2 days). There was a hair dryer, which is nice.

Cesar was a wonderful host - he communicated with us quickly and effectively. The flat was beautiful and right in the heart of Madrid, you cannot ask for a better location. Our very favourite was Le Coquette which is a blue bars just a short walk away. You cannot go wrong with this spot - thank you for the memories

The apartment is as described and everything is very neat. Jonathan was very attentive and ready for whatever we needed. The location is excellent, with a very wide variety of businesses and 2 blocks from the subway, to get to the main points of interest very quickly.

This place was a dream! I couldn't believe I got to stay a couple of nights here, beautiful and taken care of, the bed was super comfy and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Jolly was super nice. I hope I get to visit Madrid again and get to stay here, cannot recommend it enough!!!

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Rafael was a real landlord. Always friendly in communications that they had very quickly. The apartment is 200 meters from the Tirso de Molina metro station from which you can then reach any point of the city. Clean and tidy.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.
