Ideal for couples, the house consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and extra bed or optional cradle, bathroom and large terrace overlooking the lake. Relax and unwind in this quiet and elegant accommodation. We've been Airbnb hosts for years, renting out the attic of our own home. Since it didn't have a separate entrance, we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue receiving guests with greater privacy, since we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!

Located in a quiet village that is very well connected, with all services near Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez, Escorial.

Alsaudade. Peace and quiet very close to Toledo

Alsaudade is half an hour from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park by car. On the lower floor, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the upper floor a suite with a bathroom included. There are also two extra single beds that allow up to 8 guests to be accommodated. The extra beds can be used, even if there are six or fewer guests. We also have a playpen-crib for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we put a pool in summer.

The Keep

One hour from Madrid, Toledo, and Ávila. Next to its already famous Chestnut Route. In the Tietar Valley, less than 15 km from numerous pools that allow swimming and the San Juan reservoir. Ideal for resting. Located in a quiet rural setting, ZEPA area, and surrounded by a pasture, inhabited by numerous animals. Beautiful walks and routes, near the Los Morales reservoir and at the foot of the Alto del Mirlo.
