Ce gîte de plain pied, récent et unique,a été réalisé avec des matériaux nobles: mélèze brossé, badigeon à la chaux, fer et bois. Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Randonnée,ski de fond,raquettes... de nombreuses activités loin des grands complexes touristiques mais tellement proche de la nature et de ses habitants. SITE EN PLEINE NATURE.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.
