We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Great place. 5 minutes walk to the market square, 2.5 minutes to the swimming pool, 2 minutes to the Stara Ujeżdzalnia Shopping Mall and 30 seconds to the Żabka store, which is located in the same building. With the window open, you can sometimes smell the sweet smell of the nearby cookie factory :). Downtown, but also quiet and peaceful on a small one-way street. A good place to relax and unwind.

In front of the exit, there is a walking and cycling path with a beautiful view of the San river bend. The studio is equipped with a separate kitchen and bathroom, which gives you full freedom (access to a washing machine and dryer). Guests have access to a mezzanine and a sofa bed, as well as a balcony. We speak English! We also speak Dutch!

Welcome to Piecowy Zakątek! The tiled stove is the central point of the apartment, this is where its "heart" beats. This contemporary work by the Bieszczady artist-sculptor Robert Górka combines the advantages of a tiled stove, i.e. radiating heat, and a fireplace - the opportunity to admire the fire. Proportional, elegant, set on a marble base, perfectly matching cast-iron doors, it was created based on vintage tiles, and inside there is a firebox built using Zduń methods.
