Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Apartment Solare will offer a unique and relaxing stay with a stunning sea view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area with sofa, TV, Netflix, and Wifi. The bathroom is spacious, and next to it is a storage room with a laundry machine, hoover, etc. The bedroom has a 180x200cm comfortable bed with a sea view. The outdoor area has a patio with a dining area and sun lounges where you can relax and enjoy. Free parking is next to the house.

The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.
