Nel cuore dell’incantevole Ibla, tra le vie antiche della città che un tempo conducevano al Castello si trova Dimora Petronilla. Realizzata all’interno di antiche costruzioni in pietra, vi offre il calore di un’abitazione accogliente, elegantemente arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.

Casa Corto Maltese ha un giardino segreto recintato ombroso e riservato con 2 antiche grotte e una terrazza prospicente l'ingresso da cui si domina l'intera Scicli. Tra le mura rocciose di questa casa ha preso corpo il romanzo "il Corvo di Pietra" di Marco Steiner.
