Elias is very helpful, always ready to help. Always responded quickly and provided very precise instructions on check-in, about the neighborhood and location, in a very kind way. Studio in a very well located building, especially for those who will do something at USP. Easy access to bus and subway terminals. Nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants. Very well-equipped studio, super clean and the building has facilities that make the difference for a longer stay. Hosting is well worth hosting.

The location of the house is wonderful, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and the subway all super close by! In addition, the guard almost in front of the house provides a lot of security. The house is cozy and the fact of being cleaned 1x a week helps too much! My stay was amazing. As a single point of improvement I would bring the addition of at least one more stove mouth, only to facilitate the preparation of meals for guests staying long stays. Certainly needing would be a place that would come back more often, highly recommend!!

Marli's Airbnb is excellent. The house is cozy, with charming decor and a lived-in home atmosphere. It is very well located, close to a bakery, snack bars, pharmacy and market. Everything was clean and organized, the bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, with a stable signal for remote work. The location can be a bit noisy as it is next to an avenue, so it is good to consider this (and wear ear protection). Marli is a super attentive host, always available to help. The space is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, hot shower, hair dryer, iron, extra blankets; I didn't miss anything. It is about 10 minutes by car from USP. I recommend checking the address correctly (and not the ready location of the app) to arrive without problems. I intend to stay there again when I return to São Paulo :)

Leandro and his family were super receptive to me and my puppy. Wonderful stay, exactly as advertised. I recommend it with my eyes closed, I will certainly return more often.
