My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Ampia cucina con zona relax con divano letto matrimoniale e un ampio bagno dotato di tutto quello può essere necessario. Disponibilità di ebike gratuite per soggiorni settimanali e in affitto per soggiorni più brevi. ATTENZIONE‼️ la casa ha una scalinata un po’ angusta per salire al piano ma poi è tutto su unico piano

Villa between the sea and the mountains

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
