Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

In the island villages, you can enjoy the beauty of nature. a triangular cottage on the shore of a lake with a magnificent large sauna and a luxury hot tub, an additional fee of 100 euros for the pool. The terrace is a good size, grill on the gas grill and enjoy food at the outdoor table or play yard games, why not even volleyball because there is a private court. Bright, tidy and well-equipped 3-room apartment on the second floor of a house located on a slope. The views from the windows are amazing: forest and lake landscapes are visible in the background. However, the apartment is located in the center of Kangasala, where all services are within walking distance. Parking is easy, in the spaces reserved for guests. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

Comfortably quiet and cozy Honkapirtti on the shores of pure Pälkänevesi. The cottage is about 3 km from the center of Pälkäne, grocery stores, etc. The slopes and outdoor areas of the Sappee Ski Resort are 23 km away. If the trip to Sappee feels long, Syrjänharju, which rises from the center of Pälkäne, also has a nice setting for outdoor activities and exercise. One double bed, one bunk bed and an extra sofa bed. The cottage has its own beach. The beach is shallow and mostly hard bottomed.
