Monthly Rentals in Railroad Park Foundation

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem in the desirable Highlands Park area! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and parks. Quiet and friendly community. I’ll be staying here again.

Sarah was extremely helpful and accommodating with my later check-in after a long day of flight delays. I was nervous about finding the keys, finding the place, etc.—but once I saw the tips sent with my check-in information, I realized she really does give step-by-step instructions. Sarah was a great communicator and the place was pristine, looking just like the pictures. If you are traveling for work or an extended stay, there is plenty of storage and the kitchen is well-stocked. The street noise was not bad at all and I was able to sleep very well. I will definitely stay with Sarah again!

My first stay in downtown Birmingham. The location may not be for everyone, but I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful and functional loft space in an exposed brick building in the heart of the Historic District. Very walkable with ample restaurants and cafes nearby. I would stay there again without question.
