This stylish & romantic stone winery with private pool (heated May-Sept) & garden is a perfect holiday venue for couples or families (sleeps 1-5 people). Both our gites (Le Petit Duc & Le Grand Duc) are in the secluded & tranquil hamlet of La Roueyre which is surrounded by beautiful landscape, vineyards and wildlife. We are only a few km. from wonderful markets, restaurants, wineries, historic towns & the Canal du Midi. Perfect for hiking, biking, riding, wildlife, & relaxing by the pool.

A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

Terraced house built above a wine cellar, located in a village 15 minutes from Narbonne and the Grands Buffets. Reserved parking in front of the cottage and possibility for artisans and owners of vintage vehicles of a private and closed courtyard. Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
