Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Close to cross-country tracks, snowmobile trails, mtb and other fun. about 150 meters to small city center with restaurant and pub, Coop and bakery, gas station. Fully equipped kitchen, TV in living room and wifi, chromecast on TV. Wood-burning stove in living room. one toilet with sink, one shower room with sink. Wood storage is available. Cleaning is not included, but leave as it was when you arrived. No pets. Possibility of 8 beds.

FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.
