Holiday rentals with a patio in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden

It was just a dream! Two separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom, make it possible for 4 adults to stay without losing privacy. The kitchen with lots of accessories (and great adjustable armchairs!) was great for eating and cooking together. The outdoor area invited you to linger in the sun. Christa and Helmut were super nice and also had nice hiking ideas for us.

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

Oimfeeling is in the countryside, very quiet, a little off the beaten path. Very cozy and nice apartment in the basement of a small farmhouse. Cindy and Andi live next door. A garage next door can be used to park the bikes and use garden chairs etc. from them. We've been to the area several times and know something. We rented Oimfeeling for the first time and can definitely recommend it.

Was now the 2nd time in Bad Reichenhall and also not disappointed in this accommodation. Clean, very nicely furnished and well located apartment. Everything you needed was available and you had a great view from the balcony. It was nice to sit there in the morning and evening. We had a lovely stay at Georgina’s place. We didn’t mind the walk uphill even with a rolling suitcase. There’s a nice 15 minute walk in the woods to a viewpoint right in back of the apartment! Georgina was super responsive to all our questions. If it matters to you, please be aware that the single sofa bed ( good mattress ) is in the living room and the bunk beds are accessible only through the main bedroom..

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Beautiful place to stay in Bad Hofgastein. You have a stunning elevated view from the studio apartment, with a nice table and chairs on the balcony. It also has a microwave, stove and all cooking utensils, plus a washing machine. You have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, modern and appealing, very well equipped. Thank you for the generous coffee supply! Everything was very clean, we felt totally comfortable. Great view from the balcony. A parking space in front of the house was always available. We were able to take a wonderful hike to the Purtschellerhütte directly from the front door. A small grocery store, which also offers rolls and bread from Mon - Fri, is only 200 m away, as well as the Holzkäfer restaurant with a very nice bar. We'd love to come back!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Thanks Sigrid, we had a great and homely felt stay at your place. Great neighborhood with good bus connectivity of every 30 mins to your home from central station. Home was very clean and as described. we will love to visit again.

We enjoyed very much Barbara's stay. Upon arrival, Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the surroundings were beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend. The place was an optimal size for us 4. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of responding to the motto "bad luck", the two of us have helped directly and brought us a solution. Totally super and absolutely not self-evident!! 😍 You could always rely on the fact that you received a prompt response to questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Stephan’s place. He was warm and welcoming and very flexible about us leaving our luggage early. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and worked well for a family of 5 adults. The bus into Salzburg was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. Great place. Beautiful, spacious and with a great garden.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Christina and Matthias did everything they could to make us feel welcome, and that paid off. Their hospitality, the accomodation, the surrounding environment. Everything is lovely. Their daughter even made us some amazing courgette fudge muffins. Salzburg is also very easy to reach with a 15-minute bus ride that stops at the end of the street. If we ever come back to visit Salzburg, we’ll definitely come here again!

Highly recommend if you want safety and security, underground parking available as we rented a car, private spot comes with the apartment so no need to worry about parking at anytime , quiet area at night, 10 minutes to the centre driving, we didn't use public transport but 200 metres away. Balcony was superb, loads of seating, bbq available. Opens off the living area Living area spacious, loads of seating, fully equipped kitchen, oven, large fridge, table and chairs, bathroom has bath and shower combined, plenty of towels and showering materials. Bedroom comfortable with plenty of storage, black out blinds and TV. Amenities in the basement for washing, drying clothes, bins for rubbish and recycling and access to private car park. Overall a beautiful apartment.
