The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.
