The zoo is only 13 minutes away by car Sørlandssenteret 12 mins Hamresanden 10 min Kristiansand city centre 12 min Right next to the house there is a lovely visitor farm with animals and a café, as well as Tømmerstø brygge with a 24-hour shop and a great restaurant. During their stay, guests are provided with bed linen and towels. The guest is responsible for doing the laundry.

The kitchen has all facilities. New toilet with heating cables, massage shower and washing machine. 150 meters to grocery store. The cats Nani and Pele are brothers and fond of cuddles.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The accommodation is located just north of Kristiansand City Center. Very child friendly and calm area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large couch with 75 inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be freely used. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.
