Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one is a dining room. One bedroom on the 2nd floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Summer house

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
