We are in easy reach of some of NZ's' most stunning hikes. An Easy 35 minutes to Whakapapa ski field and Tongariro Crossing, plus local river walks, supermarket and eateries 10 mins. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed. Super clean, new, many amenities, & high end. It was comfortable for my group with plenty of beds & space. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning on going to Tongariro.

My family and I stayed 2 nights here. Robert was very accommodating and responsive to our queries. The property was lovely, it had everything we needed. Loved the fire place and hot tub. The place felt like a home. We will definitely book in here again if we come to Turangi

This was honestly the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in – and I’ve travelled to quite a few countries! Kylie and Dan have created such a special place in Kinloch. The indoor-outdoor flow is beautifully done, making you feel connected to the natural surroundings while still completely comfortable. I loved how I had to be present – lighting the fireplace, soaking in the warm outdoor tub – it reminded me of my childhood home. There’s something really grounding and peaceful about that. We actually had plans booked for the evening and the next morning, which we had already paid for – but we ended up cancelling everything because we just wanted to stay in and soak up every moment in this beautiful space. Kylie and Dan were amazing hosts – thoughtful, warm, and accommodating. Their dog and cat came by for a few minutes, and they were just the cutest. We would’ve loved to have them around even more! This place is more than just a stay – it’s an experience. I can’t wait to come back.
