Elm cottage contains two bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen decorated to a high luxury standard. We are a great place to bring kids as there's plenty to see and do! The cottage has its own private deck and garden with views to Mt Ruapehu on a fine day. It is very very quiet here, with just beautiful native birdsong and the sound of wind in the trees.

It is located on the outskirts of town (approx 10 min drive to centre of town) on a small lifestyle property, with beautiful views of the city and river. The property has an inground pool (unheated) with an established garden and ample off-street parking, with a two-car car port and extra parking space onsite. The house is fully equipped, ideal for families and now with fibre broadband.
