Ishiyama-cho, on the western of Otaru station. Access is a 6-minute drive from Otaru Canal. It overlooks Ishikari Bay in the distance, as well as Otaru Port. A fully renovated 45-year-old vacant house. We have added many windows to take advantage of the great location with no adjacent houses. There is a great view from every room. The skies are always impressive when viewed from the skylight. From the east-facing window, you can see the morning sun rising from the sea. It can accommodate up to 6 people, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay with family, relatives, and friends. You can see the fireworks of Otaru's biggest festival, the Shio Festival, up close from the terrace. Fast wifi available. Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the entrance. We offer a wide range of services such as water, sweets, beer, coffee, and tea. There are also many supermarkets, drug stores, and convenience stores within a 5-minute drive. The toilet & shower is also located on the 2nd floor. The house is extremely well insulated and will keep you toasty warm during your stay.

If you are looking for serenity and mountain peace then this place has it. It’s about 80 m from any neighbours. It is super quiet and surrounded by trees. A Japan style mountain cabin. It is close (12 mins) to Annupuri and Moiwa resorts which is where the people aren’t. And 25 mins to Hirafu where the people are. Also, close to the backcountry classics. And, close to about 10 onsens. The only digital trick here is fast Starlink wi fi and a Anker Nova 4K projector.
