Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

Vacation home in the listed property from 1750

Enjoy your stay in the historic property from 1750, which has been restored with great commitment and has received the State Monument Award. I am your hostess with a heart and look forward to great guests, including internationally. As a native Frenchwoman who grew up in the USA, I am of course also trilingual. E-bikes can be charged free of charge in the courtyard. We ourselves ride from time to time by e-bike to France, over a beautiful route with great views.

Stylish guest house with pool

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The apartment has a cozy living room as well as a separate bedroom and Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen with dining area complements the domicile. The attractive bathtub, a spacious hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.

The detached log cabin offers you a perfect retreat on about 25 square meters after a day of beautiful and exciting experiences in nature: hikes or mountain bike tours through the vineyards, the Palatinate Forest to the surrounding castles (e.g. Trifels, Madenburg and Landeck), excursions in the region (e.g. to the nearby wine festivals) or simply escape from the hectic everyday life and relax.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
