Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rapides Parish

Ada’s home is located at the back of a very peaceful neighborhood that is still conveniently close to many restaurants and stores. The home is big and spacious with a stocked kitchen. It looks like the pictures and is well kept and clean. Check in was a little problematic because of its use of an actual key rather than a door with a lock code keypad. Once that was resolved, no other issues throughout our stay. Be sure to reach out to Ada before arriving for the lockbox code to access the key.

Ashley was an amazing host! We were staying at nearby hotel that was ran down. I reached out to her at 10pm to see if we could get an early check in the next day. She was super sweet to get the house ready quickly after the previous guests checked out. She was a life saver and made our stay so enjoyable. The house is just precious! It’s in a quiet neighbor. Ashley has thought of every detail for the space and it was very well stocked. We would highly recommend!

This place was perfect for me and my granddaughter. Super close to the campground where I was going to. Everything was clean and the beds were super soft and the pillows were heaven.

David's home had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in back yard was great for our pups. It is in a nice walkable neighborhood. There is plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. We spent some time touring the plantations and the beautiful Natchitoches Historic District, seeing the Sweet Magnolia movie house, St. Augustine Church and cemetery.

It was clean, comfortable, and the toys for children was definitely a thoughtful touch and our 4 year old daughter loved the super hero costumes and baby doll! The internet was so fast and better than anything I’ve experienced in Louisiana. It was cozy and peaceful. We loved the Turkish delights in the snack bowl. Thank you!!

Very respectful and understanding, location was used for the Grooms wedding party to stay in the day bf the wedding until the day after. They were all able to relax in the peaceful surroundings, sip bourbon uninterrupted and have all those assisting with getting ready to come and go as needed as it was a very busy weekend. Highly recommend, will use again

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb while visiting Alexandria, LA with our family, and Wanda and her family are the most lovely people we have ever rented from! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the entire home had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The couches were divine! The location was perfect—close to restaurants and stores and the neighborhood felt safe. Wanda was outstanding, provided clear communication, and so many thoughtful touches, including waters in every room of the house, toothbrushes, toothpaste, oatmeal for breakfast, snacks, and just so much more!! One of our favorite parts of the stay was the peaceful neighborhood and it's close proximity to restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect home away from home for our family, and we will be booking this home again, and again!

Matthew as a great host - very accommodating and friendly. The space was clean, newly renovated, and overall very comfortable.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and her bridesmaids to spend the night and get ready for her wedding! It helped make my daughter’s special day everything we had hoped for!

The AirBnB was a great stay for the period we were in it. I would recommend it anyone looking to sleep with two beds.

This place is a hidden gem! I stayed in the smaller 1 bedroom unit (B) which has a nice big living room, spacious bedroom and a modern and updated large bathroom with walk in shower, as well as a small kitchenette with refrigerator in the entrance area. Beautifully restored and furnished apartment. Clean and makes you immediately feel at home and the coffee shop they also own downstairs is fantastic! Apartment A has 2 bedrooms and is even more spacious just in case more space is needed. Overall a 5/5 stars! Can only recommend!

Suzy's place was even better than described. The photos don't do it justice, great amenities, well stocked. They really thought of everything and more. Beautiful, peaceful location with a great spot on the front porch for morning coffee.
