Close to the cities, but far from the hustle and bustle. If you prefer to travel by train, you can find the Nine train station 7 minutes from this location.

It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.

Fisherman House 30 steps from sea

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)

This is the perfect home for those who like to relax at the end of the day, after exploring the city, drinking a Porto wine in the beautiful and exotic tropical garden! The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
