Garbage: Compostable waste is thrown in brown compost bags and the bags are thrown in the brown bin at the entrance behind a red metal door, combustible garbage in the gray bin in the storage room. Cleaning - you clean floors and surfaces - cleaning equipment is in the laundry room.

There is also an attefall house with 4 beds and a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can also be rented. Families with children: There are some sliding doors on the terrace that CANNOT be locked.

Five minutes walk to Lerdalshöjden where you can book a bus to Dalhalla via Dalhalla. Cleaning is done by the tenant. Bed linens can be obtained for an additional fee paid on spot.
