Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Although the house is located in a nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.
