The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
