Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

The apartment is one of the best (in its budget category). Clean,cozy and on the ground floor with a balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything ( even an air grill). There is a lot of space in the room. Everything is spotlessly clean. In addition, the property is near the forest and the beach. Nearby there are restaurants,bars,shops and a lot of pharmacies( not needed). We are very grateful with my husband for the hospitality. We will definitely come back next year... this is the apartment.

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace.
