The "Le Cap" studio awaits you to come and spend a pleasant vacation in the south. Its decoration offers you a "chic seaside" atmosphere. Very well equipped, this is the perfect place to come and relax to the song of cicadas. A parking space is reserved for you, a secure swimming pool is accessible in season (from June 15 to August 31). The quiet and friendly residence is close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Between Gaou and Sanary, great landscapes await you.

The apartment has just been renovated and the bathroom is refurbished. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, etc.) Free parking space. Sleeping for 4 people but ideal apartment for 3 people.

This apartment is my habitual residence that I have carefully furnished. Through apartment with a terrace to the south and a terrace to the north, with sea views on both sides. Easy parking at the foot of the building, air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).
