This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Loved the house and all of the amenities! We watched a Thunder game in the theater room, played games in the game room and relaxed in the cigar room…and that was just indoors! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a great trip and the house was perfect! Thank you for hosting us!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The pool setup was great for all including the grandkids. Beds were comfortable and all splet well in a quit location. Will definitely look to stay again during our next KC trip

So much to do in this house and so spacious! It’s decorated so cute and kept very clean, we could tell the cleaners had just been there! Zach was very responsive and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. This house is set up to keep the stress away and enjoy all the amenities!

The overall stay was good. We had a problem with the hot tub the first night but they came and fixed it right away. Pool was nice but was only about 3 ft deep the entire length of the pool. Location was easy to find and it was easy to get into.

Beautiful home in a very quiet little town 5-10 minutes out of Kansas city. Definitely recommend for families who love a nice modern home and that put the safety of their family first when booking.

It was perfect for our stay during World Conference. Very spacious and comfortable. Very nice modern appliances. There's street parking in front of the house. Charming view of the Truman House. Kirsten is very friendly and responsive Would love to stay every time I am in Independence. Recommended.

My family of five really appreciated having such a nice home! Entire home was decorated nicely. Appliances were new and in great shape. Home was located well for easy access in interstate and things to see in town. Coming from rural Iowa, listening to traffic at night took some time to get used to. Not enough of a deterrent to stay at the home though! Would definitely rent again!

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. We absolutely loved our two week stay here! This pet friendly home was very accommodating. The furniture was not broken or worn, and the house was clean and inviting. You would not be able to tell pets stay at this location. The hosts have done a wonderful job of keeping the house clean and maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a peaceful, pet friendly home. The neighborhood was very peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Hosts were super helpful and accommodating to us. They made sure we had what we needed and attentively answered our questions.

This is a great place for groups:). We did not use the basement/ 2nd bath area much but the main level is great and open to stay mingled together:) we utilized the large deck outdoors with some games we purchased and was great!! Would recommend:))

Appreciate this host tenfolds! It was in perfect location, walkable to really cool restaurants, safe, and comfortable. The fenced in yard was wonderful for my fur buddies and appreciated the ease knowing they were welcome. Waldo walkabout was a perfect spot for our stay in Kansas City. The place was clean and has awesome natural light, and the yard was good sized for our medium-size dog. There are a lot of choices for dinner and drinks within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

This accommodation was perfect for our family including our 3-year-old grandson. Lots of room to relax. Big, well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a residential street. The house is located very near the train tracks but we quickly got used to the sound of the train passing by. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood in the mornings and into downtown Lee’s Summit to enjoy the local restaurants. Be sure to check out the Whistle Stop Cafe and Konrad’s restaurant. The front porch swing was a lovely touch and we took full advantage of that feature. We can highly recommend this location!

Beautiful house with great amenities! This house is kept so clean and the hosts thought of everything! As a family with a small kid, it was great to not have to pack and lug a pack and play with us to KC. I loved having one there and they also a had baby gate for the stairs. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in an Air BnB. Soaps provided were scent free for sensitive skin, which is really appreciated for my family. Really can’t say enough good things about this place, we will stay again!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

The house was conveniently located, clean, and spacious. The hosts were quick to respond. I would stay here again.

Pristine and cozy! Hotel quality bedding and crispy cold AC. The two male guests commented how the toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and lack of bathroom counter space made getting ready difficult for me. Regardless, I would stay here again and consider bringing my two young kids next time. Just a heads up, this property is on a busy road and has a short driveway.

Our stay was great! All of the little things like ample dish soap, towels and great cooking pots and pans made our stay so comfortable. Easy access to all the areas in MO and Kansas we visited during our week stay made it just perfect for our visit.

We loved our stay! Our hosts are very nice and responsive. The house is cozy and clean in a safe quiet neighborhood. Supper close to a lot of shopping places and restaurants. They also have lots of baby things which made traveling with a little one super easy. Would definitely stay again!
