The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Lovely home on a huge acre lot 1.5 miles from the sports complex and 2 houses from the Rock Island bike trail. Come stay at our house and bike or walk to the games. Dogs welcome and will be in love with our huge back yard. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. Large open attic space with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Just bring your suitcases! Also great place to work from home. GoogleFiber provided and a work station. Must be 25 to rent.
