Nyugodt, békés környék. A tengerpart közel van nagyon, és hosszú partszakasz van. Igaz elméletileg kutyát nem lehetne levinni, de mi minden nap mentünk vele. Az emberek imádták, nem szóltak. Több kutyás is volt, így ha normális a kutya akkor senkinek semmi baja. A szállás szuper,segítetek mindig és jövöre biztos visszatérünk. 🙂🐕

We had a lovely stay. The house is everything you need and the terrace is stunning. having breakfast under the beautiful tree was a dream. We were welcomed by Zinka and it was no problem that we arrived quite late. there was even some home made chocolate cake for us! Goran is very kind and answered very quickly. he also gave us some good information for things to see and we could even borrow his kayak and use things like the washing machine. Big plus: the sea just 50 meters away from the house makes for a great morning dip!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgerüstet was es für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie liegt wunderschön zwischen Olivenbäumen, ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten von der nächsten Ortschaft entfernt. Toni hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt und wir durften uns im Gemüsegarten bedienen, nochmals vielen Dank. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Unser Aufenthalt in Katarinas Villa war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt, hat eine hohe Austattungsqualität und eine wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Besonders hat uns der beheizbare Pool gefallen. Katarina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war immer super.

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison fleurie! Au calme vous pourrez profiter du jardin et des alentours grâce aux vélos. Elle est idéalement placée pour explorer le parc national. L’hôte est disponible et à de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région.

If you are on the fence about booking here - do it. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip - with Tomi it genuinely felt like we were staying with family. The house itself was clean and cozy, with a beautiful backyard to enjoy lazy mornings or cool evenings. The location is amazing. You are a short walk to the downtown center, waterfront, and restaurant area. We also took the bikes to the park for a couple beach days while we stayed here which I highly recommend. Lastly, we cannot say enough good things about Tomi. He is an incredible host - extremely attentive to the little details, has amazing recommendations on how to spend your time, and is a lovely person to talk with (with lots of historical knowledge about Split). He will be as hands-off or hands-on as you want him to be. His mantra was "it is no problem, you just sit back and relax" and that truly elevated our experience. You will be treated better than at a 5-star hotel! Thank you for everything Tomi!

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Wij hebben een super week gehad in het heerlijke huis in Klis. De hosts waren supervriendelijk en gastvrij. Dit huis is echt een aarader met de heerlijke tuin rondom en het mooie uitzicht op Split. Alle comfort in het huis. En het warme welkom is iets dat wij niet snel zullen vergeten. Net als de verrassing op een ochtend: er stond een heerlijk taartje op ons te wachten op de terras tafel! Echt alles was in een woord FANTASTISCH! Dank nogmaals aan de hosts en wij komen zeker terug!

We had a beautiful stay at Josko and his wife’s villa, they both went above and beyond to make our best friends hen do special and memorable! I would say that the pictures don’t do this place justice, it was just what we needed and more! Our hosts helped out massively with airport transfers and lifts into Split which saved us so much money! Myself and the group couldn’t recommend this place enough and would go back any time. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool is bigger than we thought! We really can’t fault it and had the most amazing time. Thank you Josko and wife! Much appreciated!

Un grand merci à nos hôtes : disponibles y compris pour nous accueillir à 1H30 du matin en raison d'un retard d'avion, le tout avec un succulent plateau de charcuterie très bienvenu. Hotes réactifs pour répondre à toutes nos questions et très accommodants. Logement en parfait état avec de très bonnes prestations : aussi bien voir mieux que les photos. Tous les équipements sont à profusion. Pas de voisins ni de vis à vis : idéal pour la piscine FKK... Emplacement idéal pour toutes les visites avec beaucoup de choses à faire et voir dans un rayon d'une heure de route. N'allez pas dans les parcs nationaux (Krka et Plivitce), c'est un piège à touristes : 40 €/personne l'entrée pour randonner sur un chemin aménagé) qu'on ne peut pas quitter, interdiction de se baigner et foule...Si vous voulez voir de superbes gorges et vous baigner gratuitement dans de magnifiques vasques et cascades allez à Omis rivière Cétina de l'autre coté de Split Un excellement séjour pour nous à la villa storia

Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, super ruhige Umgebung keine nervigen Nachbarn, alles wie man sich es im Urlaub vorstellt. Werde definitiv wieder kommen :)

Wir waren als Mädelstruppe dort und wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen ☺️ Ana hat uns ganz lieb empfangen, war flexibel mit unserer Ankunftszeit, hat uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt und sogar eine kleine Willkommensüberraschung vorbereitet 🥹 wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, hat sie innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet Das Haus ist perfekt, wenn ihr nach einem Ort sucht zum Entspannen sucht, mit tollem Bergpanorama, beheizbarem Pool und Sauna ☺️ mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern perfekt für große Gruppen. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann wirklich tollen Urlaub machen 🏖️

Ein Ort, an dem das Herz zur Ruhe kommt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen traumhaften 10-tägigen Aufenthalt! Željan und seine Familie sind außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und besonders die große Terrasse mit Blick über die Bucht war ein echtes Highlight. Unsere Hündin war ebenfalls willkommen, was für uns sehr wichtig war. Abends haben wir oft im Restaurant gegessen – frische, leckere Küche und ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Dank der Kochnische konnten wir auch mittags selbst Kleinigkeiten zubereiten. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Bademöglichkeiten, ob Stein oder Kies. Die Lage ist ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns mit einem Tränchen verabschiedet – und kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Robert je izuzetno su sretljiv domaćin uz dodatnu kvalitetu što je i umjetnik, nagrađivani pisac i pjesnik, što se i osjeti u njegovom objektu. Apartman ima čarobni mediteranski vrt koji je Robert sam uredio a cijela kuća i pogotovo ovaj apartman ima nevjerojatnu umjetničku ljepotu i posebnost. Definitivno odudara umjetničko-dizajnerskom kvalitetom uređenja i ljepotom od unificiranih standardnih apartmana u koje nakon ovakvog iskustva više i ne želim ići ako ne moram. Vrlo posebno iskustvo, sasvim sigurno ćemo se vratiti po mogućnosti baš u taj Robertov apartman sa čarobnim vrtom punim hlada i mirisa Mediterana !!

Die Unterkunft von Ilija war genau das was meine Freunde und ich gesucht hatten. Es war perfekt ausgestattet für einen erholsamen Urlaub für uns nach unseren Abschlussprüfungen! Wir wurden von den Gastgebern schnell und freundlich bei unserer Ankunft in die Villa eingewiesen und bekamen auch ein kleines Wilkommensgeschenk :D Bei fragen waren sie direkt erreichbar und auch konnten sie schnell zur Hand gehen wenn es ein kleines Problem gab oder ein bestimmter Wunsch von uns kam :) Insgesamt hatten meine Freunde und ich einen sehr guten Aufenthalt dort und würden die Villa jedem weiterempfehlen!

The villa was beautiful and modern, the whole house was very clean and tidy. Finding the villa was really easy as the Airbnb location mirrored exactly to our Apple Maps. All the rooms of the house were modern, tastefully decorated and included modern appliances. The pool is a salt pool which was actually a really nice alternative to being highly chlorinated and you can find both sun and shade at all times of the day on the terrace. If you take a short two minute walk down the road through the residences you get to a beautiful private spot to go in the sea - there isn’t a beach but it’s far better if you want to go for a swim/dip. We would recommend visiting Rogoznica nearby for food and a little walk, or Trogir a further distance but very pretty and less busy than Split/Zadar.

A very special and beautiful place with lots of privacy. The trees give cooling shade on hot days and the outdoor “living room” keeps you dry on rainy days. Amazing view and location. Lots of activities like a stand up paddle, canoes and darts are included. Ivan and his parent were perfect hosts that were attentive and kind. Would definitely come back

Byliśmy w 4 osoby i miejsca było bardzo dużo. Przestronny taras i duże pokoje. Piękny widok na morze z tarasu. Blisko do morza około 300 m. Jak będę w tej okolicy na pewno skorzystam z tego samego apartamentu.

Spotless apartment where everything appears to be new. There is a separate washer and dryer. The dryer dries very quickly. The A/C is only in the living room but it easily cools the bedroom if you leave the door open. There are shutters on all of the windows to totally block out the light. The free parking on premises is limited to about 8 cars and was almost always full during our 4 day stay. There is free street parking where the apartment is located and we were able to find parking within a block, so not a big deal. An Uber to Old Town is €5. Our 11 year old son used the sofabed and said it was very comfortable. The main bed was as well. Very short walk to a sandy beach. Great place overall!!
