A 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car from the center of the village of Aspet and all shops.

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. In the heart of the Pyrenees facing the Pic de Cagire, our cottage is a place conducive to relaxation and the practice of outdoor activities in all seasons. It consists of a living room / equipped kitchen, separate toilet, wood stove, balcony-terrace. The bedroom is upstairs with a comfortable 160 bed and an en-suite bathroom. A 160 "cabin" mezzanine bed is accessible from the living room. The cottage was designed with natural and ecological materials.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!
