Space for 4 people of which 2 beds are in the living room on sofa bed. 300 meters from the beach and cozy harbor area, with several restaurants and ice cream houses. Facilities at the holiday center are included in the rent. E.g. I vil være helt tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Nyrenoveret i 2023 midt i Himmerland resort. 3 soveværelser (heraf 1 i stueetage) Gratis adgang til fodbold, multisportsbane og meget mere. Mulighed for alle former for aktiv ferie/weekend lige uden for døren blandt andet Fodbold, paddel, tennis, fitness, multibane, golf, spa, svømmehal, bowling, 3 forskellige restauranter og meget mere. Helt ny legeplads, nyrenoveret fant minigolfanlæg og indendørs legerum til de mindste.

Viewing house with good amenities

The house is centrally located in Aalborg with cycling distance to everything. From the house there are views of most of the city, so you can sit in the lounge on the balcony and enjoy the view. There is a table tennis table, foosball, basketball, and exercise room, so there is ample opportunity for entertainment. On the 1st floor there is a hot tub in the bathroom. Also from here there are nice views. There is a small chicken farm in the backyard, so you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast :)

The main house is with kitchen-all room, shower and toilet, back hallway with washing machine and dryer, and 3 rooms on the 1st floor. I want to stay in the extension myself. I have 2 peaceful white sheep and 3 cats The house is located in the old town with a well-functioning playground "Pletten" nearby. 1 km to shopping and 10 km to a good beach (see Pia's guidebook for more experiences) With regard to pets, I can make exceptions. Inquire when booking. No smoking inside the house

Relax in this unique and quiet home, located right by Mariager Fjord. A few kilometers to idyllic Mariager. This little gem is located in Dania, a unique area with beautiful yellow workers' houses. Close to walks in the woods and of course by the fjord. You can sit right outside the door and enjoy your food overlooking the fjord, or go a little down the road and swim from the brand new bathing bridge.
