Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Recanati

This accommodation is a little paradise, with a great welcome from Giordano, Massimo's dad, who gave us good tips for visits and offered good wine. We had what we needed for breakfast. Too bad, we didn't meet Massimo because we were away during his visit. Very nice house, well-equipped, good bedding, and great panorama.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and comfortable to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

Alice was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She sorted a wifi problem quickly.

Our stay at Liliana's was excellent, everything was last minute since we didn't plan to stay in Ancona and she was super nice to us, she offered to pick us up and also take us to see the nearby city. She was always ready to meet our needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible, and she did it! As for the location, it is a quiet area away from the city but you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes on foot. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and as shown in the photos. We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. we stayed only for one night, but everything was well organized and comfortable. The apartment matches the description and the owners were very quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests. At the entrance of the apartment they made us find the air conditioning on, the fridge already with fresh drinks and coffee, much appreciated thanks Rachele and Conrad, we will definitely return to visit the place.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

A painting from every window, a splendid landscape! The accommodation is clean and comfortable with everything our family needed, even the pool and garden are well cared for. Excellent starting point for various trips, by car you can easily reach the beaches and other centers to visit such as Recanati, Osimo and Loreto. We hope to be back soon!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

The apartment was an excellent choice. Conveniently located, close to the sea and the center. The accommodation was very clean, dust allergy proof! Well-furnished and well-stocked. For us, who needed to prepare meals for our one-year-old, it was simply perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful, they gave us many good tips on restaurants and the surroundings. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Our stay was amazing, better than the pictures. Upon arrival, we were met by the owner and greater with home made wine and shown around. The surrounding grounds were immaculate and it was peaceful. Coming from America, I was sure I would be uncomfortable without AC or a fan. I found however, that we were very comfortable and the nightly breeze through the house at night was better than a fan. We would definitely stay again, we loved our week stay!
