We had a great experience! The apartment is very well located, with everything nearby — supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy and public transportation. In addition, the property is super well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The host was impeccable: he helped us with absolutely everything, always available 24 hours a day, extremely helpful and attentive. We feel welcomed all the time. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. There is a mini market just below that helps a lot, and there are also restaurants on the street. We think the region is quiet and the neighbors are too. Building employees are super helpful. Thank you Diego and Patricia. You guys are great hosts.

The apartment is very well located, just 200 meters from the metro station, in a safe area full of great restaurants. It is possible to walk to the Sky Costanera and other sights of the city, which makes it much easier to travel. One of the highlights is the stunning view of the Andes Mountains, which makes the stay even more special.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping centers, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked most was the external area and that part of Santiago I love and it leaves me quiet, because I go to work. It's a premium location.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
