We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. The area was very quiet and safe, close by to Epping Forest, great restaurants and walking distance to the London underground central line. Charlotte was also very accommodating and checked on us often. Check in and check out was smooth.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, and much better transport links than there seemed to be at first glance. A brilliant place for me to spend a few days during a particularly wild convention weekend. massive thank you!

Every time I travel to London Carl's place is always the first I check for availability. He is a great host and staying at his apartment is so much better than staying in a soulless box chain hotel. The location is great, the apartment is always cleaned to a high standard and Carl couldn't be more helpful if I need him.
