Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Redding

We had a quick one night stay following a concert at Rolling Hills. The place is as described and has a nice yard and outdoor amenities which would be nice with a longer stay. The host is polite and made things easy. This is an older home, but the host has done a really great job of updating and decorating. My wife loved the place and mentioned several times that she thought it was "so cute." The AC works great and has units with remotes in the bedrooms as well. If you have been to Red Bluff in the warmer months, you know how valuable that is! One thing to note: The home is right on a busy highway, but we really didn't notice the traffic. We recommend parking in the back, as it will be easier to get in and out. We would stay here again if we were to spend time in the area!

Absolutely perfect stay — 10/10 in every way. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, with clear instructions throughout the house that made everything seamless. The property itself is stunning — peaceful, private, and truly a retreat. Jody was incredible: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one stands out as one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Benjamin is a great host. The Airbnb was just as described in the pictures, and we had no trouble finding it. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the disposal—it was fixed right away. We had a very comfortable stay at the property.

This was the perfect place for me. Check in was easy and Joshua was a great host. The Oak House was exactly as described and just what I was looking for! If I am ever in town I will definitely stay here again. Thank you !

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

Private, clean, safe, and conveniently located near shopping, dining etc.The space felt very comfortable and relaxing. Inside as well as the backyard. Owners were very hospitable!! Would definitely book this listing during my next stay in Redding.

The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. My stay at Linda's was only 1 night but if I am back in the area I will book again. She was flexible with my check in time when I needed to arrive late and her place is very comfortable. I had my kitty with me too and was very appreciative of her willingness to have my kitty too. Her place would be very comfortable for a much longer stay with the full kitchen and ample seating inside and outside.

Great place and great hosts. It’s a vintage home with lots of charm. Spacious and comfortable. Slept really well on a nice bed. Greg was very helpful and always responsive to questions. They give you plenty of space to do your thing. The neighborhood is nice too. Quiet but close to the old downtown and everything on the west side.

During a 10-day road trip, we spent 3 nights in Darlene’s wonderful rental unit in Redding. She is an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The rental unit is great, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay, including cookware, dishes, coffeemaker, etc., and the bed is extremely comfortable. Darlene is very communicative, and responds quickly to inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to a return visit!

The townhouse was very welcoming. Very peaceful location. Has a homey feeling right when you walk in the door. The house was clean and perfect for the two of us!

This is a great weekend getaway studio if you like to get some serenity and a good sleep~ The host Kathy is really nice and greeted us in person. My mom and I both loved this place since we had everything we needed and something we didn’t expected. The design& location of the home is also really convenient and efficient for living~ Kathy was also very thoughtful and offered us windex for the car windshield to remove the dirts. Highly recommended!
