Beachfront holiday rentals in Redington Beach

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Location of this condo was excellent! We had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. The furniture was very comfortable and we slept well. We would definitely pick this condo again when traveling to Madeira!

Mike and Alex provide everything you'd need and then some. Home is in a great location, walkable to the beach. This was a perfect stay! Comfy beds were a huge plus after being at the beach all day... These are the hosts with the most as they communicate freely and quickly and even offered for us to drop our stuff off early when we were coming in a bit earlier than check-in.

Was a wonderful place to stay within a quick walk to the beach. Quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much! The property had everything needed for our stay and beach items too!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The beach was beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, Adam was very responsive and accommodating. Steps to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and towels for our group of 7. Loved the layout of the rooms, plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.

Recently stayed at Ram sea 203. This apartment completely exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and spotless throughout! Great location with breathtaking views! Loved the extras which were included. (beach chairs, trolly, umbrellas, snack bowl) Will definitely look to book again in the near future. Happy with our place. Fit description in photos. Wendy was responsive when I reached out. Older condominium complex and a lot was under construction, but pool was nice and clean and the place was quiet and very close walkable distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is a good upon arrival, as it looks on your computer! We spent 5 days and had a blast, as there is so much to do-or just relax and listen to the water. The management company was a breeze to work with, very accommodating and responsive to all questions. The condo was so clean, and had most everything we needed for a day on the beach. Beds were comfortable. The patio overlooking the beach and gulf was a dream. Our family had never traveled to the Florida Gulf Coast for vacation… but we will come back again in a heart beat. The community of Redington Beach was fantastic with friendliness, great food, fun activities, and a variety shopping. We met up with our adult children, and everyone, regardless of age had a blast.

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Tampa. The area has a ton to do nearby, and it’s a quick jump to downtown Tampa. The house was the best equipped house we’ve ever stayed at from top to bottom. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those coming to the area.

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Helena’s rental was the perfect way to spend our vacation. The house comfortably fit 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) with a room to spare. The spacious house was absolutely spotless upon arrival and ready to be used the minute our check-in started. Helena was also in constant communication with us if we needed anything from recommendations to questions about the house. The house was also right across from a beach access point where you could find a nice and quiet spot on the beach. If this house has availability for your next trip, make sure you book it!

We had a rest of the company of 10 people. Despite the fact that we had a lot, everyone felt very comfortable. In the house, everything is thought out to the smallest details. The owner responded to the message and answered very quickly. I really liked the location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. From the airport, we immediately stopped at Costco to buy all the products, but next to the house there was a supermarket where you could buy everything you needed. We will be happy to return to this house during our next vacation. Thank you very much to the owner for the hospitality!

This place is incredibly close to a beautiful beach. Walk out the door, down the stairs, turn right, walk for a minute and your feet are in the sand. We didn't leave the beach so can't give info on the area. This was exactly what we wanted. A place with a kitchen and close to a beach. Perfection. I would prefer a different shower head for washing my hair but that would not keep us from visiting again. The owners also have so many beach amenities available as well which makes packing light. 5 stars!!!!!!

Marisa’s beach rental was perfect! This place is like new; a cozy layout and mere steps away from the beach. She provided everything a family would need for a beautiful vacation (all kitchen necessities, beach towels, beach chairs, and snacks for the kids as we walked in). My family is local in Tampa Bay and Reddington Shores is our beach of choice. When we saw Marisa’s rental come up in our search, and seeing the pictures of the place, we booked immediately! For those of you who aren’t from the area, in 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated the area, so this community is rebuilding and making a strong rebound. Do not hesitate and book this place, TODAY! Support Reddington Shores and I promise the beach, the people and this beautiful rental will not disappoint you! PS- you have to swing by Nachman’s Seafood Market while in town. They have the freshest daily caught fish, and the best smoked fish dip you will ever try! Thank you Marisa for all your accommodations! We can’t wait to be back

This is the second time I stayed at this condo and it never ceases to amaze. The place was just as I remembered, perfect. Christopher was a great host. He was highly communicative and even checked in when the weather got bad due to a hurricane in the area. We recommend this place when you need a peaceful place next to the beach.
