Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

Claudia and Giuseppe were kind and helpful from the time of booking until check-out. The accommodation internally is intimate and cute, complete with all the necessary comforts. It is also well furnished and full of typical Sicilian phrases and design objects that make everything even more welcoming. Last, but not least, the terrace that surrounds the house and offers a breathtaking view of the strait and is perfect for relaxation and aperitifs/dinners when the weather allows it. Domus Austria is a cozy little house on the seafront in a quiet area of ​​Messina and has the most beautiful sunset in the world! Communication with the host is perfect and check in was very smooth with the help of Maria Rita, the friendliness in person. I would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the beach better and sleep listening to the noise of the sea more nights.

The house is spacious and sparkling clean. The furniture is new. We can fully recommend the house and the kindness and helpfulness of Gaetano Pio. What we didn't like was the location. It takes a car (the center of Reggio is 15 mins away, Scilla 10 mins ). There is no beautiful area for walking. The public beach is dull, as is most of the streets of this place. However, there are a few beach baths that you have to pay. It looked clean there.

Umberto welcomes you with kindness and helpfulness. If you love modern art, you will be delighted by this charming well decorated apartment, opening onto a pretty balcony, with an unobstructed view of Reggio di calabria and a beautiful garden. We were very touched by his welcome and the wonderful visit of the palazzo della cultura Pasquino Crupi. The icing on the cake: free parking right in front of the property! Great position, good responsiveness by the host. The house has amenities that make the vacation comfortable and all the services are very close. The beach it’s less than 5 minutes far.

The stay at Francesco's place was a very positive experience. We felt at home, as the apartment is equipped with every comfort and absolutely nothing is missing. The apartment is quite large, suitable for both couples and families and allows you to have your own privacy as there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms each equipped with washing machine and hairdryer. The terrace overlooking the sea offers a beautiful view in a quiet area. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea waves is really relaxing! The kitchen is well equipped and also perfect for long stays. In the fridge there was plenty of water and fruit juices that were enough for the entire stay. In addition, Francesco and his partner welcomed us impeccably by bringing us fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables from the garden. In the house there is also a beach umbrella, playing cards, and everything you need to cook: oil, condiments, rusks, jams and milk.

I stayed in this room with my family. Very kind and friendly hosts. I didn't know my arrival time well and they waited for me without any problems. Very nice environment but above all very clean. Spotless bathroom Close to a shopping center and as soon as you leave the building you find a bar with delicious croissants. Thanks for hosting

A beautiful apartment within walking distance to the beach. Apartment is pristine and modern with a lovely variety of breakfast pastries, toasts, jams etc. Host is very friendly and helpful and also flexible with check in. One can catch a train to Reggio Di Calabria for €1.40 to see various attractions and lovely restaurants. The Eurospin supermarket is about a 15 min walk from the apartment for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
