This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to collect Proof of Identification before Key Handover.

With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).
