Located only two blocks from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, Hanna cottage is convenient to everything. Located in Rehoboth Beach, Rosewood Beach House is less than a 10-minute drive to the beach (1.6 miles) with no need to get on Route 1 - just take the underpass and then Church Street. Two summer season Rehoboth parking passes are provided to guests. Bedding and bath towels provided. The house has 5 lovely bedrooms and sleeps 12 with 3.5 baths. There are 2 large living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a yoga deck, a screened deck, and a backyard w/grill and fire table. Parking for 4 cars.

All amenities for a great, worry-free, and relaxed stay are provided for you. We do not allow dogs/pets in the bungalow. There will be a $100 penalty.

All guests must be 25+ (except for the minors that must be accompanied by a legal guardian). ID’s may be requested. For the security of our property, a Ring camera is on the front door.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in a nice neighborhood, off Rt 1. 1.5 miles from the beach! The community has 3 swimming pools and tennis courts. Master has a king-sized bed, the second room has 2 twins. Two bikes with helmets and locks also come with the rental, as well as 2 tennis rackets. Towels (including beach towels) and linens provided, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNDER THE SHEETS AND TOWELS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
