Beach house holiday rentals in Rehoboth Beach

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful with lots of space and exceptionally well stocked. The pictures really don’t do it justice. We spent a lot of time on the very comfortable screened in porch. A few nice surprises: the water pressure was fantastic, the washer and dryer are huge, and there was ample fridge space upstairs and a second one on the first floor. Paul was also very responsive during our stay and very nice! We’d love to come back again!

The host and the company has been a great help throughout any issues. The house looked amazing and everything turned out more than perfect!! Great space for parking and the canal lead to a beautiful marsh with a canoe that the host provided!! Perfect trip and am grateful to have found this in a short amount of time!

We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

We had a wonderful stay at Eileen’s place for our annual Dewey Beach trip! The location was perfect — just steps from the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean, cozy, and welcoming — it truly felt like a home away from home for our group. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to be back again in the future!

There are many nice features about the rental. Being by the Beach, the living spaces are on the second and third floor, so the dumbwaiter is helpful to transfer your luggage items to the top floors. With board games, bumper pool, shuffle board, arcade, 2 TV areas, large dining table and roof deck, there is plenty of entertainment in the house and plenty of nooks for everyone to occupy. All the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms except one. Roof deck has a great view of sunrise and sunset. On the ground floor, there are beach chairs, wagon, and kayaks available. We were there for Memorial weekend and horseshoe crabs were supposed to be beaching to mate at high tide, but unfortunately we didn't catch them at the right time. We still saw plenty of crabs and collected plenty of shells. The beach access is easy and feels so private. we love being away from the crowd. Rehoboth, Lewey, and Cape Henlopen state Park are only a short drive away for half day excursions. We all loved this trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

We visit Rehoboth every summer., and Thierry and Teresa's property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location was conveniently located by the outlets and grocery stores without having to go out the main road where it gets super congested. The property itself was beautiful and it felt like home for us. We found comfort and relaxation throughout the entire house, but the sunroom was our absolute favorite spot! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom for coffee, lunch, and dinner after a day outdoors. Our littles loved the bonus kids' room. They spent a lot of time enjoying the books provided and watching shows after a long day at the beach. The two fridges were also amazing to keep all of our drinks and food for two families. We would book Thierry and Teresa's property again!

My family and I were very comfortable! Everyone loved the house, very clean and spacious. It was not only a place to sleep but also a place to gather and enjoy family Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!

Our family enjoyed the Dodd home. There was adequate space for everyone. We loved the location which was in close proximity to Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The kids really enjoyed having a pool. They said they don’t want to go to a hotel ever again. We enjoyed cooking on the grill & playing games in the evening. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful hot tub. It was such a great added attraction. We will return next year for sure.

Amy’s friendly and welcoming beach house was the perfect after Labor Day getaway. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for family meals. The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated closets and drawers in all three bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and wagon available so no need to bring them . The local Bethany Beach was within walking distance, though after the summer season we found easy parking one block from the water. Great price for a long weekend near the beach after the summer season. Amy was attentive and available. We had no issues at all, and would eagerly book a long weekend again at Amy’s home.

We had an amazing stay and we loved the pool! It's definitely not your average Airbnb and felt like home. We had 5 adults & 1 toddler. The upstairs was great for the toddler/my husband and I since it was larger and had the private bathroom but was still usable to other guests, if needed because of the separate doors. There also had all the beach amenities you would need, which was so helpful - along with the Rehoboth parking pass. We can't thank M&M enough for this great option!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a fantastic addition and the location of the home is ideal.

I’ve never walked into someone else’s home and felt immediately like it was my “happy place” until Niki’s beach home. Our two young daughters were also smitten and have already said they want to go back to the beach house. The home itself is beautiful. The location is perfection. It was so clean & well stocked. Im going to be stalking the availability calendar to go back!

This was our second time staying at Quang’s house in Rehoboth. It was super comfortable and close to everything. We love coming here! Would highly recommend (especially for families or groups, as there is plenty of room and the house is very spacious).

I agree with the other reviewers that this was the best equipped and stunningly decorated Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Additionally Luda was very responsive with information and requests. We are seven women who have been getting together for a "girls" holiday for the past 31 years! We have been up and down the East coast and to the Pacific Northwest. The quiet neighborhood and spacious open concept living area plus comfortable bedrooms were over-the-top. The Rehoboth shopping and restaurants are near by and an easy access by bike or car. A 30 minute walk takes you to the boardwalk. We look froward to our return stay as long as Luda agrees!

We’ve stayed in many places in Bethany and Dominique’s was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It was also one of the best stocked houses! Bath products in the bathrooms, beach towels, bikes… I could go on and on. It was so nice to have those things in a rental. She was a wonderful and kind host, always communicative and going above and beyond. House was a very easy distance to beach and all the restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

We spent a lovely long weekend at this home with family for a wedding. The home was exactly as described; extremely clean, welcoming and decor was beautiful. It was in a perfect location to walk to the beach in addition to being close & convenient to town. The hostess was wonderful to work with; friendly and quick in responses. Work highly recommended to others and would most definitely stay here again!!

Lovely location, plenty to do and see. Wonderful alternative routes to take for a more scenic suburban drive. Couch was my comfy spot and furniture is very vintage but welcoming.

Rory and his place was incredible. Plenty of space for both my family and I. The biggest thing was that this place came with an elevator which was extremely accommodating for my family members who were handicapped. The house was close to everything, clean and spotless. We truly enjoyed the game room, and the incredible high tech hot tub/jacuzzi. We honestly plan on staying again soon. This place was perfect.
