Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. You’ll love it because of the new and IMMACULATE decor, the overall ambiance and the location! It's great for couples, girlfriend getaways, business travelers, and families with older kids :). PLEASE NOTE, during the summer season we only book full weeks.

Luxurious Oceanfront Retreat with Amazing Views!

Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with panoramic ocean views and direct beach access. Building indoor pool and hot tub are closed for a full HOA renovation and upgrade, scheduled to reopen in May 2026 and be refreshed and like new for the 2026 season. By booking, you acknowledge the pool and hot tub may be unavailable during your stay and agree no discounts or compensation will be provided for this closure unless confirmed in writing in advance of your reservation and booking.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Located less than 5 miles from downtown Lewes and Delaware Beaches. The cottage guest house is nestled in the woods adjacent to a tree house overlooking a tranquil pond with a calming fountain sounds.
