Holiday rentals with lake access in Rehoboth Beach

We all enjoyed the house and felt very relaxed as soon as we walked in. I loved that the linens were all included and there were spares enough for us all. The house was well equipped as well with pans, dishes and the like, as well as coffee and spices. We were able to walk across the street to the terrific pool, another plus. The beach was a short drive, and we had the option of catching the community shuttle bus to Bethany. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Jill's place was perfect for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Close to so many restaurants, stores, the beach and bars. Jill provided great recommendations and was quick to respond if we had questions. Thank you, Jill!

Lauren’s place was perfect for our family of 4, including 2 very active toddlers! The first floor was very spacious and the pictures accurately depicted every room of this lovely home. Lauren was incredibly responsive and so quick to help when a minor issue arose early in our stay. The community is so friendly and walkable, and having easy access to multiple pools and playground areas was one of the best parts of our trip! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Twelve of us stayed for five nights. Above all, we appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. There was room for everyone in the living room and for dining. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of items available to use at the beaches. Our only suggestion is to have some firmer pillows for the beds. However, that is so minute in comparison to the wonderful memories we were able to have together at this beautiful place! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Checkout was easy. The house was in a great location - walkable to beach and town but on a quiet street. It was close to the main road with stores and conveniences. It had two sun porches which were not shown in the photos and were great for outdoor relaxation.

This was a Very beautiful home. I would love to come back again. Mr Ernest was one of the best host I came across. He was very attentive and made everything so easy. The house is so spacious enough for my guests. They loved it. And Thank you again Mr Ernest for the recommendation for the restaurant Fagers Island in Ocean City, MD. The food was phenomenal and then we danced to the live band/then a DJ. It was my birthday and we had a blast. And the house was not too far from Ocean City. That’s were everything is. What stood out for me was the nice size kitchen and the bed rooms were decent size. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools or clubhouse but they looked very nice. I want to say . Thank you again for the use of your AirBnB. I truly had a great time.

Great house! Plenty of room for six people to sleep and spend quality time here. Appreciated the host's proactive instructions, flexibility around check in, and responsiveness. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and it made for a great vacation in Bethany Beach, DE!

The location was great! Two blocks from the beach. Many restaurants and bars walkable. Bus stop right outside. Next to jolly Roger’s amusements and mini golf. Space was perfect for a couple people. Comfortable beds and a small porch. Perfect for people who won’t be spending a lot of time inside.

The house was well kept and clean. The house was well stocked with supplies. Host responded quickly. However the entry gate was problematic and often did not work.

I took my nephews and some friends to hang out in OC for the week and this house was exceptional! Clean, roomy, had everything we needed in it, it was great! The host was very friendly and communicative, definitely worth it! The view from the top floor balcony was amazing 🌅 🙌🏽 Thank you!!

Set up like a nice 3 story motel with full apartment style rooms. Parking lot is nice and secluded, with a great view from upper walkway.

The house was awesome! Great location - close to restaurants, stores, beach and boardwalk. Park your car and never drive again! Walk or bike anywhere in Dewey or Rehoboth. Private yard surrounded by tress and a fence. An incredible 2nd story screened in outside patio/porch that you can enjoy anytime of the day or night! Open kitchen and living room area. Don’t forget about the outside shower. The best place to be after a day at the beach! Philip and Michael were great host! We can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend! Host was super responsive, super helpful, and super friendly, a wonderful stay! The place was warm, inviting, and quiet!

Our family spent two nights there and loved it! Plenty of space for my husband and two young kids. Everything was new and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was kind and responded quickly. Would absolutely stay again. Often you find that pictures are a little deceptive and places end up smaller than you imagined from the pictures, the opposite is true this time. It was a lot bigger and roomier than I expected.

Junes place was so cute and cozy! She left plenty of item for us to use and was so nice when we checked in. She’s very easy to get a hold of. I will definitely be coming back to her house when I do a weekend get away:)

We stayed at Eileen’s several times this summer and always had a great stay. We felt as if it was our home away from home. Eileen is super responsive and her cottage was perfect for our beach getaways. Quiet, peaceful, yet close to all the attractions we enjoy. Thank you, Eileen!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just like the pictures. Mary Ellen was amazing with giving us details on check in, activities nearby, and distances from each beach. She was an amazing host and responded to messages swiftly. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay as it was cozy and just the right size and peaceful! Would definitely book with her again!!

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

Everything at this Airbnb Is exactly as described. We had an amazing time with a group of 10 people. There is a lot of outdoor space, off street parking (we fit 7 cars easily), and common space area. This house would be wonderful for a small party or a large party of people. The bedrooms were charming and pretty large. The location is amazing too. It’s set back from the road and feels very private. The view of the lake is beautiful and serene. We drank coffee on the front porch overlooking the lake every morning. The house is a short walk to two different beach areas. We loved this house and look forward to booking it again next summer!!
