The special feature of this newly renovated accommodation is the combination of the charming wooden beams and the modern furnishings. It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

A 100-year-old building where all the important points of contact are very close, making it easy to plan your stay. The subway to S is in walking distance The house sits behind a historic archway and the nostalgic charm is reflected in the interior. The sloping roof gives the bedroom and workspace a cozy and welcoming character. Please be aware that proximity to the hospital and thoroughfare comes with some noise.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and floor heating.
