We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

The accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. Excellent quality bedding, towels and furniture. We (pregnant lady, husband and elderly mother) instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay very much. There were thoughtful touches throughout like good quality toiletries, (organic!) milk, tea and biscuits, etc. The terrace and garden were also a real treat. Care, generosity and attention to detail was evident. One of the best places we stayed during our three week trip in the UK. Claire gave clear instructions and was very responsive. Thank you, Claire! We look forward to returning one day.

The satnav directed me to the wrong house, the house is on the corner with Beechmont ave. Once I found the house it was really easy to get in following the instructions and I was really happy with it. Thank you.

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

A home from home - ideal for either a short or long stay. Exceptionally well equipped, with everything you might need. Very clean and comfortable, in a delightful and secure and private setting. Rebecca was very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The best Airbnb we've stayed in and would definitely return when we are next in the West Sussex area.

Have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Local train station nearby, we had a day trip to London and was lovely to come back and relax after a hectic day. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet break

Awesome stay in Steven’s self contained beautifully decorated flat. Everything you need within easy walking distance to cool Crouch End with its amazing range of bars and restaurants and Alexandra Palace and Park within a few minutes walk. Steven very accommodating and friendly. Easy parking and peaceful location in property with everything you could need. Many thanks for a great stay. Would love to return!

Light and spacious facing a quiet garden in a beautiful neighbourhood near Hampstead Heath. Local buses and walk to lovely Highgate village cafes and parks. Comfortable for working as well as relaxing in the garden. Very clean and modern.

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was fantastic! The space was lovely and light and the bedroom was the perfect peaceful place to sleep before the big day. We had such a memorable experience staying here — just myself and my three boys aged 7, 12, and 13. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Marley was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humour that had us all laughing and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests feel welcome. The boys didn’t even miss their devices — they were too busy learning and soaking up the experience. Some of our highlights were watching the red kites feed, spotting deer, and seeing badgers feeding — all made even more special by Marley and Fred, who patiently and enthusiastically educated us along the way. The boys gained so much from it, and it was a joy to see them so engaged and curious. We loved it so much we even tried to stay an extra night! Truly a warm, welcoming, and unforgettable place to stay with kids — we’ll treasure the memories

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

Janet’s place was great. Really comfortable and had everything you could need. It was very well designed and thought out, perfectly clean and really cosy. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located for our first day at Nirvana Spa - we were then in an easy 6 minutes! Arrived close to 11pm but directions were accurate and the access very well lit. Loved that Faizan & Hannah had kindly left some fresh milk and biscuits so we could have a cuppa on arrival. Also left a few other treats. Had a really good few nights sleep on a comfortable bed although we were woken early one morning by the dog barking but it was only for a minute or so. Clean property, lovely bathroom, good storage and power points( inc USB) - we will definitely book again if we’re in the area. Good value for money.

Our stay at Badger's Oast was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and right in the middle of a glorious part of the country. Helbecia was an excellent host and we absolutely would recommend this as a place to stay.
