Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will enter a renovated farmhouse, typical of Picardy in repointed bricks. A miller's staircase secured by a railing (which served as a manger to feed the horses) takes you to the first floor to access the studio. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cooking utensils and tea towels. On request you can rent hybrid bikes.

La Cotonnerie Cottage: 120 m2 with garage and garden.

Spacious house of 120m2, in the heart of a quiet area of the city, right next to the Parc des Champs-Elysees with a garage and a private garden. A large living room that is bright thanks to a skylight, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a shower room on the second floor. Warning: there is no washing machine!! The cottage is strictly Non-smoking. We do not add a cleaning fee, however, the kitchen must be cleaned and the trash emptied.

Hyper Centre, Terrace, Private Parking (optional)

I'm delighted to offer you a stay in my apartment. This is a 35 m2 studio/loft with a private terrace located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator). The apartment was completely redone in February 2023, it benefits from an equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom with a large shower. I favor the "Upcycling" approach, which is why the apartment is decorated with objects diverted and found during trips. Enjoy your stay!
