The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Numerous swimming lakes in close proximity. The apartment "Hägelesklinge" can accommodate 4 people.

It is very easy to reach (whether by train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The private bathroom is located opposite in the hallway. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

Our vacation home is located in the Swabian Franconian Forest. The cottage is ideal for friends, work colleagues, families, smaller groups and sports clubs for recreation. You can stay in this house with up to 9 persons. The house has a very nice warm fireplace that heats the house in the winter months. WiFi is very good. A sauna can be booked not far from the house. I offer a simple, comfortable cottage in Spiegelberg. There is a terrace and a large meadow. The house has good WiFi and landline (calls only possible to landline), but is in the radio hole. In the house, the phone has no network. For bookings of 28 days, please bring towels and bed linen.
