"There is no bird so small, it wants to have its nest." I offer a small, lovingly furnished and very well-maintained apartment on the outskirts of Stuttgart. It is on the 15th floor of a barrier-free high-rise building. The main station is only 20 minutes away by train (U7). Shopping nearby. On Fridays, the vegetable cart comes around 1:00 pm and offers fresh fruit and vegetables from its own cultivation. It is in the parking lot behind the house.

When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the large balcony or take a walk in the nearby forest. The cities of Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart are easy to reach, both by car and by public transport.
