Waterfront holiday rentals in Reno

I loved everything about our stay here by the marina. Gorgeous water view and snow capped mountains in the distance, and lots to do nearby. Great central location for all Reno/Sparks destinations. We had breakfast a few mornings at lighthouse cafe downstairs and walked around the water. The rental was exactly as advertised with lots of little thoughtful amenities in the room/bathroom such as toiletries, q-tips, flossers, sunscreen, aloe, ice packs in the freezer, condiments in the fridge, etc. Chris was responsive and helpful with our request for an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again soon!

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

Laneys home was everything you could want for a beautiful stay in Reno! Her space is wonderfully designed, equipped with everything you might need to make a nice family meal the kitchen. We also enjoyed walking along the lake path to the nearby Indian restaurant. Thanks Laney for a fun and delightful experience in Reno!

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

We LOVE this area! We usually stay in the houses along the waterfront when we have large groups, but this was perfect for a quick trip with just my husband & I. This area is our favorite. The coffee shop & water bar are the perfect spots for evening drinks & apps or pastries & lattes in the morning after a sunrise walk around the lake. You can spend the day shopping at the huge shopping center that's just a short walk down the road. Everything you can think is right there. And it just a quick 10 min drive if you wanted to go down to the row and try your luck at the casinos. My only complaint would be that the apartment complex was so big & complex, there was no maps that it was kinda hard to find our unit. Especially since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk who could help. Other than that, it was a great stay & we'll definitely be back.

The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect: peaceful, safe, and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, and the location was INCREDIBLE and just as described. We loved walking the 3 minute walk to get delicious coffee and walk around the marina and then head back to watch the kids kayak. From the comfy beds to the fully equipped kitchen and charming outdoor space, every detail was well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again (our son wants to book 2 years advance for his graduation) and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable place to stay. We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was well appointed and clean. The carpets were as clean as can be expected in a main room/dining room but had some stains. The hot tub was great, beds were comfy, overall a great layout for family vacation. I wish there had been a baby gate available for the very steep stairs off the main room. I would recommend for older kids only without a gate.

One of a kind lakefront property! Clean, comfortable, and felt like home :) hard to find a better spot for a relaxing Tahoe getaway ! 10/10 would stay again.

Byung was great with responding when I had a question. I didn’t notice when I booked the house how many stairs were there but it was still worth the stay. Very relaxing, very comfortable!!! The house was stocked with everything we needed.

An amazing home on the river! Nice deck overlooking water. Lots of space, comfortable for our entire family. We came for the Reno Riverfront Festival, home location was perfect for this event! Highly recommend!!

Linda's place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed, with good quality of tableware. Everything is exactly as described. Very well maintained and clean condo. My family and I had a great time, we hope it is available next time we go to Incline Village! Thank you Linda!

We had a wonderful time visiting Tahoe and staying at Meghan's family home. We were particularly happy with the kid's room and amenities, which kept both our 11 year old and toddler very happy, which in turn gave us lots of much-appreciated quiet and peaceful downtime. Of course, visiting Tahoe meant plenty of outdoor activities, including beach, hiking, and a little shopping. This location has access to a pier, so an old friend of mine picked us up on his boat from there and took us to lunch at Garwoods across the lake. Huge thanks to Meghan and her family for allowing us the use of her family home to make our vacation that much more special. We'll certainly be back!

Very happy with our decision to stay at Linda’s place. Conveniently located, beautiful views, comfortable. We were a family with two elementary kids so it was a bit cramped but totally doable. I probably wouldn’t want to stay there as a family of 4 if the weather was too cold to use the balcony, as the balcony adds significant space. We loved spending time on the balcony but also on the grounds… there are nice benches overlooking the lake and a pier that our kids loved. Thanks Linda for sharing your lovely studio with us!

Right on the lake with a private beach. Beautiful location. Love this place for a low key getaway. Clean unit and very responsive host.

This place is great if you want a spot in the middle of the king’s beach “downtown”. Everything was walkable which was great since parking is tough in this area. Beds were comfortable and there was a dedicated parking spot.

With all the simple check in messages there was, we really had no reason to bug the hosts. What is in the description is what you get. Great place and surroundings…. We would definitely stay here again…. Super cozy and quiet place….

Great location and great views from the unit. Private access to the beach was awesome (no need to worry about parking at King's Beach).
