Villa holiday rentals in Requena

We spent a great time with family and kids celebrating New Year's Eve. Everything were very comfortable and easy to use. Tom and Juan are very responsive hosts, we had an instant communication sorting out any minor issue we had, thanks a lot! Highly recommended!

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Didier und seiner Frau und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Er ist sehr daran interessiert, das alles so schön und sauber wie möglich ist und ist sehr entgegen kommend. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und durften sogar am letzten Tag noch etwas länger bleiben, so dass wir nicht den ganzen Tag mit unserem Gepäck unterwegs sein mussten. Hierfür noch mal vielen Dank! Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen we duidelijke uitleg over het huis en de voorzieningen. Tijdens ons verblijf konden we altijd terecht met vragen – er werd snel en netjes gereageerd. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, perfect om echt tot rust te komen. De villa zelf was geweldig: schoon, ruim en volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het grote privézwembad was een absoluut hoogtepunt – daar hebben we optimaal van genoten. Kortom: het was meer dan geweldig. We hebben echt genoten en komen zeker nog een keer terug. Een dikke aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar comfort, rust en luxe!

Hemos estado muy a gusto , una casa preciosa todo correcto en cuanto a limpieza y alojamiento. Muy amables con nosotros y contestaban rápido los mensajes. Sin duda un lugar para repetir.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Villa. Es war mehr als genug Platz und alles, was das Herz begehrt, im Haus vorhanden. Andrea und Christine waren super responsive und konnten uns unter anderem bei der Suche nach der geeigneten Rückreise Möglichkeit helfen. Die Villa ist auf einem Hügel, aber in wenigen Minuten ist man zB im Supermarkt oder an einer Busstation nach Valencia. Den Bus haben wir in 7 Tagen 3x benutzt, da man ohne Umstieg für 3,30€ quasi ins Zentrum gebracht wird. Nur etwas Zeit sollte man mitbringen 😁 Insgesamt kann ich nur jedem empfehlen auch mal Gast des schönen Hauses von Andrea und Christine zu werden.

La villa correspond au descriptif et aux photos et est très propre. Elle est située dans un endroit très calme et paisible, tout en étant proche des commodités et ça c'était vraiment top ! Don a été très réactif pour répondre aux messages. Je recommande vivement.

Wir haben drei Nächte mit acht Personen in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle – sowohl im Innenbereich als auch draußen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet: gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – gepflegt, mit interessanten Pflanzen und vielen schönen Ecken zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hemos venido por trabajo a este alojamiento y nos ha parecido lo más! Precioso, agradable, a pie de playa. Los dueños son encantadores, super atentos y generosos. Cualquier cosa que les pedíamos, ahí estaban para ayudarnos en cualquier momento. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer día. La limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho gusto y todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Se nota el cariño que le ponen. La ubicación es perfecta: despertar con el sonido del mar no tiene precio. Tanto nos gustó que repetimos por segunda vez, y sin duda volveremos. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan estupenda! Fuimos un grupo de amigos, y la verdad que nos sentimos como en casa, la estancia era inmejorable tenia todo lo necesario para que no nos faltara de nada, y alba fue super amable, y muy atenta para que no nos faltara de nada, la verdad que repetiria mil veces mas, un alojamiento muy recomendable la verdad.

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans la maison de Mayte qui est tout simplement magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par ses parents qui ont été très gentils. Tout y est pour se détendre et passer de belles vacances en famille. La maison offre toutes les prestations qu'on peut rechercher dans une maison luxueuse. Proche de toutes commodités (restaurants à 200m, à 15 minutes de Valencia juste parfait!!). Merci à Mayte pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse, nous ne pouvions espérer meilleur accueil et séjour.

La casa estaba perfecta en cuanto a limpieza y cuenta con todo los detalles para cubrir las necesidades durante la estancia. La anfitriona de 10 muy pendiente para aclarar dudas e indicar recomendaciones de la zona. Muy recomendable

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, from a fully equiped kitchen to fresh linens and clean bathrooms. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. What really stood out, though, was how kid-friendly the space was. There were thoughtful touches throughout, and the host was kind enough to let our kids borrow some drawing materials, which kept them happily entertained during our downtime. It made the whole experience feel personal and warm. The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. We felt completely at home and would absolutely return. A perfect five-star stay!

Séjour exceptionnel, la villa Casablanca est très bien située à proximités de lieux à visiter et d'un centre ville ou vous trouverez tous ce dont vous avez besoin, Elisabeth nôtre hôte est très gentille, séjour à refaire.

Très belle maison, au calme sans voisins bruyants. Bref reposant. La maison en elle-même est très bien équipée et bien entretenue. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Que ce soit dans la cuisine ou pour profiter de la piscine. Vraiment à recommander. Nous y retournerons.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet and very beautiful mountainous area, great base for exploring. Clive was an excellent host who was so friendly and helpful. He made great suggestions of places to visit, good restaurants, local shops and beaches. Thank you Clive !

Muy buen lugar para desconectar y descansar; muy buena atención ya que dió todas la facilidades que pudo para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y se preocupó de que realmente lo estuviésemos, muy amable y atento y el lugar muy bien cuidado

Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos. La casa es fantástica y volveremos a repetir. La recomiendo 100%. Lo mejor la zona de la piscina y barbacoa. Salva ha sido muy amable en todo momento, dándonos recomendaciones y explicando personalmente el funcionamiento de todo. Flexible en la entrada y salida. Muchísimas gracias por todo 😊

Casa increíble y equipada con todo lo que te puedas imaginar para una familia grande en un lugar privilegiado en la montaña valenciana muy cerquita del mar y Susana una gran anfitrióna siempre preocupada y dispuesta a echarte una mano. Merece mucho la pena
