Monthly Rentals in Reservoir

We all were very impressed with everything!! From the first enquiry our hosts were very quick to respond & answer all enquiries. Booking and arrival instructions were clear On entering the driveway to see the lovely greeting written on white board. Our Grandson of 5 from UK was very happy to see his name. Walking through the premises we were delighted to see all the extras provided for our stay. Such a kind & thoughtful gesture. The lounge/kitchen area was spacious for us. All 3 bedrooms were tastefully decorated with lovely throws & cushions. The deck was a great extra to enjoy breakfast or just sit & relax. The garden view was great. Our hosts were friendly & we felt very welcomed. We stayed 2 weeks & would encourage everyone to book this Airbnb. You will be delighted !! We would love to stay again . Thank you Wyn & Geoff

Great location just near Preston Market and northlands mall. We could find all we need in house and surround . Juliana was perfect host and we felt right at home. This apartment was perfect

Charlotte's place is a great little cottage, equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Very well priced, especially over a long weekend. We were in the area as I was competing in a Roller Derby Competition. The location is quiet and peaceful and very close to shops, supermarkets, fuel stations and our venue. We had lunch at Edwards Lakes Tavern with my niece and sons on one of the days, and it has a fantastic indoor playground which kept the boys busy! Great communication from Charlotte from the booking, all the way through and follow up after our stay. The bed is very comfortable, and the living area well set up with a large comfy sofa and an AC which kept us warm on the cold winter days (we are from up north). There is also and AC in the bedroom and electric blanket! Cozy little place which we will definitely book again, and we recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in this area.
